Why does my fountain stop working when unplugged or during a power outage?

Make sure the battery switch on the bottom is turned on. Battery mode must be enabled for cordless use and automatic battery backup.

What flow modes are available when plugged in or on battery power?

When plugged in, the fountain supports continuous and sensor flow. On battery power, it uses sensor flow only to help conserve battery.

Does the fountain need WiFi or a subscription to work?

No. It can dispense water without WiFi or a subscription. WiFi is required for smart app features, while premium subscription plans are optional.

What is the cat fountain made of?

It features a 304 stainless steel drinking tray and a food-grade, BPA-free ABS water tank for safe and durable daily use.

What makes this water fountain easier to clean?

The pump-free design has fewer parts to clean, while water-electric separation lets you rinse water-contact parts more easily and safely.
